How to return the goods
In the event that the object arrives at the destination with damaged packaging, sign the courier’s bill with specific reservation (write on the bulletin what is broken) and retain a copy of the reserve for possible replacements (without we will not hold responsible and we will not be able to replace the object).
With reference to the Legislative Decree in force 21/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw within and not later than 14 days after the delivery and will be reimbursed in case of damages caused by third parties of the total amount in the same period of time.
